Online training gives us the opportunity to work together anywhere in the world. From your home, office, gym… guiding you through your golf program.

How it works

  • Phase 1.  About you

    This is about understanding you, your medical, fitness history and how you move. I will carry out an online physical screening via Skype. I will also look at your golf swing and discuss what you are working on, to allow me to get the full picture. This will be the foundation of your bespoke program that I will design for you.

  • Phase 2. Report my findings

    From the screening and our consultation, I will report my findings helping you understand your strengths and weaknesses, more importantly how the findings impact your golf.

  • Phase 3. Your bespoke program design

    All your workouts will be on video using the TPI platform. This will enable you to access your training via most mobile devices. Your bespoke training program will be designed around the equipment you have access to. Should you have no equipment I will advise you accordingly. All training programs are designed around your lifestyle, golfing commitments, recovery and whether it is your on or off-season.

  • Phase 4. Communication

    Communication is vital to answer any questions. You will have access to me via email and we will arrange a weekly 15min call so I can monitor your progress.

  • Phase 5. Re-Testing

    2 weeks into your training, we will schedule a retesting to check on your progress.

  • Phase 6. Restructure your goals

    Based on the test results I will upgrade your training plan. I will then look to retest in either 2 or 4 weeks time.

My online service is limited because you will be dealing directly with me. Once you commit, I will support you every step of the way.
